Regional Sales Manager | Beirut

Regional Sales Manager needed for a leading European company in Beirut, Lebanon

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, CCE, Business Administration or equivalent
5+ years of experience in selling security / communication solutions is a must
Experience in fire alarm systems and / or healthcare management systems is a plus
Proven track record of sales within the GCC market
Excellent communication skills with good command of both English and Arabic
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Self-sufficient, likes to be given end objectives with flexibility to take ownership and manage activities and processes to achieve results
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time mainly to GCC counties
Job Description:

Responsible for the sales and marketing activities in the Middle East
Responsible for developing the business with partners and systems integrators
Support key accounts and establish a consistent level of communication with new and existing customers
Identify and work closely with local customers to establish a relationship that will generate consistent revenue opportunities
Present and sell company products and solutions to current and potential system integrators, distributors as well as other organizations
Create and maintain a combination of existing network, prospect meetings, cold calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge / intelligence
Achieve annually and quarterly sales targets
Develop account and regional sales plans
Provide tailored product presentations, application studies, financial justifications and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits the products and services
Prepare and maintain information for the review of business performance and also the forecasting of future sales business and planned activities
Analyze the market trend, strengths and weaknesses
Execute the company’s regional expansion strategy to increase the profitability of products
