Brand Development Manager | Beirut

Brand Manager needed for a leading FMCG company in Beirut, Lebanon
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or equivalent
• Master’s degree or Professional certification is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Advanced computer skills
• Fluent in Arabic and English, French is a plus
• Creative and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Job Description:
• Elaborates and implements the global yearly marketing plan related to the brand
• Initiates the launch of new products/ categories for target markets with the market studies, price structures, price fishing consolidation.


• Takes charge of the packaging design, product selection, prices and launches in coordination with concerned (R&D, partners)
• Monitors new product launches and progress and reports progress on global level.


• Regularly communicates and coordinates internally and externally and prepares regular reports outlining the brands’ performance
• Communicates with agencies on corporate elements, corporate branding, packaging development, labels, catalogues and all related sales support (POSM and in store branding) and with distributors on implementing in-store activations to ensure it is in line with the brand strategy
• Keeps track and reports of the global A&P expenditures for further analytics and interpretation
• Delivers internal and external presentations regarding new product introduction, marketing materials, and communications strategy with the support of the head of marketing- Global Markets
• Develops brand guidelines, in line with strategy, to be implemented by Sales as well as in manufacturing
• Provides support to the Head of Marketing, Global Markets with marketing research companies (retail audits, consumer research) to develop and implement brand audit studies as needed
