Digital Marketing & Sales Coordinator | Beirut

• Translating a vision for online marketing into a coherent digital marketing strategy and roadmap
• Developing and executing integrated online strategy with wider company marketing plans
• Enhancing ecommerce by increasing web visibility and traffic
• Using PPC, SEO, email campaigns, blogs, forums, and other social media experience to generate leads and to ensure brand consistency and Google Analytics
• Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
• Liaise with Product, Design and Sales directors to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
• Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out
• Stay up-to-date with digital technology developments
• Understanding analytics and measuring ROI
• Increase brand awareness
• Making sure marketing plan is in alignment with marketing budget
• Analyze marketing plan and performance using KPI’s
• Working with senior employees in development of overall business plan
• Biweekly meeting with the Management.

• Execute a great marketing strategy: starting with market research, analysis and evaluation, continuing with new proposals and changes.

• Be required to produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.

• Meet clients and get more details about their requests and needs
• Taking clients calls and understand their requests
• Chatting with website visitors through the Live Chat service on our website
• Prepare proposals based on the clients request and include new ideas and services that the client might need, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.

• Be able to efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.

• Communicate between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the client’s needs, cost and time restraints.

• Maintain a good relationship with the existing clients as well as trying to find new ones.

• Be organized and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork.

• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential clients to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and clients relationships
• Analyze the market’s potential, track sales and status reports
• Giving presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Searching for new tender requests
• Preparing and submitting proposals for tenders
• Weekly report to Management
• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
• Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
• Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
• Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Collaborate with other departments to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
• Create and manage clients’ social media platforms
• Posts calendar creation
