Senior Digital Marketing Executive | Beirut

The digital marketing executive will report to the Chief Digital Officer and will be responsible for the company's digital programs.



Responsibilities:
Manages all aspects of corporate digital media channels and design digital, mobile and social media campaigns.


Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.


In-depth knowledge of SEO and AdWords programs.


Owning and maintaining site analytics, metrics, and campaign reporting.


Maximize traffic, sales, and profit from channel marketing, including email, notifications, SEO/SEM, affiliate, display re-targeting and acquisition, display, social advertising
Evaluating campaign performance and optimization with a constant eye toward higher conversion rates and lower cost per lead while meeting recruitment and enrolment objectives.


Coordination of outside vendor meetings and presentations.

Maintain relationships with sales vendors from various websites
Assist senior management team and client facing teams with the creation of Media Plan presentations
Provide research support during the development of Objectives & Strategies and plans for media monitoring tools and platforms
Develop and monitor A/B testing initiatives
Keeping pace with Internet Marketing industry trends and developments.


Evaluate options for social media platforms and management tools, and select and maintain the right ones based on ideal target customers.


Own the strategy, planning, execution and ongoing optimization for social media channels.


Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence across platforms that are deemed relevant.


Define and track goals for the social media strategy, tying key social metrics back to core business objectives.


Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on metrics and social media ROI (including SEO and web traffic.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years’ experience in a similar position
Experience with campaign executions in AdWords (search & display), Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & Instagram
Awareness and competency in Biddable media and programmatic buying
Passion for the digital space from gaming, mobile, social networking, niche sites, and online video
Experience with a published ad network
Experience with analytics services
Experience in UX and UI best practices
Excellent analytical and project management skills
Exceptional communication skills
Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner
