Account Manager | Beirut

Brief Job Description:
-Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, and focus on meeting or exceeding sales quota.

-Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.

-Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize the quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.

-Develops clear and effective quotations for current and prospective customers
-Uses customer and prospects contact activities tools and systems, and updates relevant information held in these systems.

-Plans/carryout/supports marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales and integrates personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.


, product launches, promotions, advertising, and exhibitions.

-Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities and provides relevant reports and information.

-Develops product sales and market, building clients relation based on trust, transparency, and follow up
-Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics to accomplish the work required to close sales
-Coordinate with the entities to prospect and grow the client base for Microsoft related business in the entities
-Build the needed sales and presales knowhow covering Microsoft technologies and solution
-Pass the needed sales and presales exams.

University degree Business Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field

-Knowledge of Microsoft Products
-Enthusiastic, motivated, Organized
-Extensive experience in all aspects of negotiation, Customer-focused
-Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

-Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals.

-Ability to achieve sales quotas

Work Experience:
-2 - 5 years experience in sales for Microsoft Products.
