Sales Support Coordinator | Beirut

Job Scope:
Responsible for the technical and pre-sales support for lighting projects by acting as an extension of the field sales force and in coordination with our suppliers to achieve sales targets.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with sales team on projects data (specifications, drawings, budget…)
• Perform and/or coordinate with Technical Engineers with regards of product selection, design, BOQ and lighting calculation.

• Contact suppliers for product support, quotations, and protection on projects.

• Draft proposal and coordinate with Sales team on requirements and/or comments.

• Prepare tender documents including products data sheets, final quantities and BOQ, Layouts and drawings, quotation and all necessary and required documents.

• Prepare technical submittals and compliance statements for materials approval.

• Update drawings and selection based on Sales team or client’s feedback.

• Prepare and constantly update project cash flow including the cost of material, logistics, customs & duties, and any other related expenses.

• Coordinate with the Logistics team with regards of the shipments to ensure on time delivery of products to clients.

• Track and follow up on project pipeline and ensure data is accurate and constantly updated on Salesforce.

• Handle after sales claims (quality issues and defects) or any remote technical support needed on site.

• Communicate effectively relevant project information and project planning with Technical Team Leader.

• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering.

• 1-2 years of experience in tendering and technical support for lighting projects.

• French is a must.
