Projects Coordinator | Beirut

Our growing company is seeking to hire a Projects Coordinator who will be in charge of assisting, Remotely, our Project Manager in organizing our ongoing projects.

This task involves monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures, follow up and tracking procurement path and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.


First of all, to be successful as a Projects Coordinator in our company, a positive and “I will” attitude is very favorable, skills come after.

You will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be fully understanding and co-operative of working remotely with Project manager out of the country.

Moreover, to be competent in using AutoCad and Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have English exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.

A bachelor's degree holder in Architecture or Interior Design along with three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience is required for consideration.



Main Project Coordinator Responsibilities but not limited to:
Maintaining and monitoring projects plans, projects schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.



Follow up and tracking procurement path.


Ensuring project deadlines are met.


Determining project changes.


Providing administrative support as needed.


Undertaking project tasks as required.


Developing project strategies.


Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.


Update the projects management timeline and milestones for fulfilling each goal and objective.


Project Coordinator Requirements:
POSITIVE AND “I WILL” ATTITUDE IS A MUST.


Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior design.


Three to five years’ experience in related field.


English proficiency verbal, written and presentation skills.


Full understanding of the nature of working remotely.


Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.


Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.


Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.


Competency in Autocad and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.


Knowledge file management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.


Ability to work on tight deadlines.
