Shop Manager in Iraq- Jewelry Retail | Beirut

The ideal candidate will have an ability to manage the daily operations of the jewelry retail store and complete tasks related to inventory tracking, marketing and customer service.

He is obligated to manage the daily activities and operations of the jewelry store which includes the planning out of the work assignments and work schedules of the employees, assigning the specific duties of these employees, directs the store personnel to their specified merchandise and conduct employee performance review.

This candidate should also possess strong leadership skills and be able to assign duties to relevant employees in order to maintain the function of the store.


Manage daily operations of business and ensure sales goals are met
Responsible for entire showroom operation and its efficiency
Should have basic administrative skills such as handling cash register
Achieve the showroom sales and operating expenses targets while maintaining focus on quality of customer service in showrooms.

Managing and motivating team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales
Coordinate with the production team to ensure the supply of jewelry to showroom as per the demand
Responding to customer complaints and comment
Protects Employees and customers by providing a safe and clean environment
Manage and motivate the staff to perform their best and work as a team
Direct employees in daily operations such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in store marketing
Assigns duties to relevant employees
Track and manage inventory at the store
Ensure stock and safe operation of jewelry
Comply with the store’s security, sales and record taking practices and procedures
Developed and implemented key strategies for selling high fashioned jewelry in a direct selling environment
Educate new staff about the show room procedures


2 years of experience as a store manager in a Luxury jewelry retail store
Bachelor Degree in retail management, marketing or an equivalent
Demonstrated ability to train employees and be an effective salesperson
Strong customer service, management and communication skills
Microsoft Office computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
