1 JOB PURPOSE - WHAT WILL YOU DO:

What are we looking for (Job Overview)?

We are looking for talented and motivated Creatives who will be involved in every aspect of the creative process from concept to rough layout to prototype to completed project.



As a Creative, you will be able to define and communicate your creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to our customers.

You will also be responsible for setting the overall creative direction, fostering an environment of collective creativity that inspires teams to come up with the best ideas to support the vision.

2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
• Define a clear, cohesive creative vision for CAFU App.


• Work with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications.


• Communicate and emphasize the creative direction across the production floor.


• Evaluate trends, assess new data, and keep up to date with the latest marketing techniques
• Ensure creative alignment between branding, and strategy.


• Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture for creating and executing the Employer Brand vision on LinkedIn.


• Lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas.



3 SKILLS/COMPETENCIES REQUIRED - WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, graphic design, and brand development (Apply with your Portfolio!)
• Must be self-motivated, hardworking, well-organized, and flexible to ever-changing timelines, requests, and deliverables.


• Ongoing drive to understand emerging techniques, trends, and philosophies in design, technology, interactions, and social media.


• Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
