Your qualifications:

-Setup and Maintain the tools and systems required to provide committed support SLAs (Zendesk, Datadog.

-Setup, maintain and improve the support process workflow (playbooks and runbooks)
Onboard customers with SLA agreements into the support platforms
-Provide Customers Tickets resolution

Your skills
- BA License
- Fresh grad or 1 to 2 years of experience
- Experience in Customer Support: Ticketing and Monitoring Systems is a plus
-Administration skills (Backup, Patching, PowerShell and Bash Scripting) is a plus
-DB administration skills (MySQL, MS SQL, PostGres.
