IT Support Lead | Beirut

Your qualifications:

-Setup and Maintain the tools and systems required to provide committed support SLAs (Zendesk, Datadog.


-Setup, maintain and improve the support process workflow (playbooks and runbooks)
-Onboard customers with SLA agreements into the support platforms
-Provide Customers Tickets resolution
-Train and lead the 24/7 support team
-Provide in depth analysis of support operational metrics
-Maintain cross functional influence with the Service Delivery Team
Service Delivery engagement (Migrations and DevOps)

Your skills:

-BA or BS or equivalent experience is required; MA or MS is a plus
-6+ years of experience
-Excellent Experience in Customer Support: Ticketing and Monitoring Systems
-Advanced System Administration skills (Backup, Patching, PowerShell and Bash Scripting)
-Advanced DB administration skills (MySQL, MS SQL, PostGres.


-Good IT Security knowledge
-Any Cloud provider hands-on experience
-Advanced Windows and Linux skills (MSCE or RHCEL is a plus)
-Good Networking Knowledge (CCNA is a plus)
-DevOps experience is a Plus
-DataDog Technical Specialist is a Plus
AWS Certification is a Plus
