Description

Marketing Officer | Beirut

Job Role: Marketing Officer is responsible for overseeing the Local and International marketing campaigns of a company.

He / she helps in creating / developing marketing strategies and campaigns that suits company industry for the purpose of increasing market share, raise brand awareness as well as provide sales team with tools for developing their sales techniques and meet customers’ requirements.



Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1- Recognize, study, and assess market patterns, competitor offerings, identify opportunities and suggest venues for promotion and growth.


2- Expert marketing skills and ability to plan and implement new and innovative marketing campaigns/strategies.


3- Organize marketing events, such as promotions, exhibitions, product launches, workshops, etc.


4- Represent the company at events if required.


5- Conduct market research analysis and establish SWAT assessment of the company.


6- Identify best communication and advertisement tools to best reach target groups.


7- Write, edit and proofread marketing material for use in different advertising mediums.


8- Oversee and update the website(s) and social media pages to meet new trends.


9- Develop and enhance communication through the organization’s CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
10- Coordinate with third parties, such as designers and print houses to produce marketing material such as stationery and web pages.


11- Attend meetings with the production or manufacturing department and understand the details of the products.


12- Manage products in a creative manner that are used for the marketing purpose such as leaflets, posters, and advertisements.


13- Plan budget of advertising and negotiate the services of third parties.


14- Prepare monthly expenditure report of the advertisements, promotions events and all types of expenses involved in marketing a product
15- Monitor the impact of the marketing strategies adapted on the sales of the product and make necessary amendments in the strategies.


Required Skills and qualifications
1- Solid understanding of marketing techniques and principles as well as market research and statistical data analysis methods.


2- Knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.

g.

CRM, Dynamics, Excel).


3- In-depth knowledge of social media and web analytics.


4- Exemplary organizational and multitasking skills.


5- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.


6- Creativity and commercial awareness.


7- Strategic vision and sharp business acumen.


8- Copywriting and graphic/digital design experience preferred.


9- A team player with a customer-oriented approach.


10- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


11- BSc/BA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.


12- Fluent in English language (written & Spoken)
13- 5 years of experience in international marketing, preferably for a manufacturing company.


14- Out of which a minimum of 3 years of experience in Launching a new brand/product
