Description

Business Development Manager | Beirut

For a leading company in Beirut we, are currently recruiting a sales manager to handle the following tasks:

•Responsible of growing our relationships and revenue within the Agency & Partnership ecosystem.


•Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories
•Projects expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.


•Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.


•Possesses Good time management habits and maximizes the team's ability to reach goals.


•Sets clear priorities and goals, enables their teams to make the most of their time by focusing on activities that are aligned with important goals
•Presents consultative sales presentations to demonstrate how The Kode’s advertising products can be leveraged to connect with consumers.


•Manages end-to-end client relationship including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, and payment collection.


•Exceeds quarterly sales team quotas and all activities of revenue generation, to ensure continual aggressive agency & partner growth in your territory.


•Maintains professional relationship with partners and provides high level of support post sale towards achieving the set objectives
•Prepares reports and escalate finalized sales deals and all issues related to partners’ accounts to top management on daily basis.



the matching candidate should have the following qualifications :

•8+ years relevant experience across Sales, Digital, Advertising and Agency roles.


•Proven track record of exceeding Sales Targets
•Experienced communicator with proven track record of Executive outreach
•Strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently
•History of building partnerships
•Highly motivated to accomplish big.
