E-Commerce Manager | Beirut

E-Commerce Account(s) Management:

• - Lead and negotiate annual agreements with e-commerce partners.

• - Develop e-commerce sales strategies (KPIs and targets) in coordination with the Brand Managers.

• - Responsible for the profitability of the selling proposal on e-commerce platforms.

• - Handle, in coordination with Brand Managers, sales events to enhance the brand’s visibility and improve sales performance.

• - Cooperate on a daily basis with e-commerce partners in the area of assortment availability, new products’ launches, preparation and implementation of promotional plans, etc.

• - Place orders for e-commerce partners to ensure the availability of products at any time in order to achieve monthly sales targets.

• - Provide timely customer support to prevent and quickly resolve problems with orders, products, sales initiatives, etc.

• - Develop trust relationships with e-commerce partners and understand needs and requirements in order to have repeated business.

• - Implement the marketing budget on e-commerce platforms by brand that fits the approved strategy in coordination with Brand Managers.

Stock Management:

• - Prepare offers using stock level and stock aging methods, in order to control the recent products with of the Brand Managers.

• - Ensure e-commerce partners carry right and adequate stock levels.

• - Align with the Supply Chain department on the delivery of the goods sold via these platforms.

Collections and Receivables:

• - Handle invoicing and follow-up on the money collection process, to ensure the continuity of the business.

E-Commerce social media management:

• - Setting and implementing social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
• - Providing engaging text, image and video content for social media accounts
• - Responding to comments and customer queries in a timely manner
Market Analysis:

• - Gather data regarding competitors in order to define the portfolio’s position within the e-commerce space.

• - Find new market opportunities to ensure the growth of the distribution portfolio’s market share and business.

• - Analyze and interpret the e-commerce partner’s sales reports in order to drive the right strategy that will enhance our product presence and sales on them.

• - Compile, analyze, and interpret data to identify and understand market trends, market prices, and purchasing behaviors.

• - Prepare sales and target reports in order to follow up on targets and have accurate projection figures.

• - Search, develop, and implement innovative solutions for business growth
