Senior Social Media Account Manager | Beirut

• Responsible for managing the social media platform of the clients while following a strategy plan and leading the junior community manager in order to increase followers, viewers and engagements.

• Meeting with clients in order to understand the scope of their business and to identify their needs, wants and objectives.

• Discussing updates regarding the content calendar, captions, posts and developing Social Media Strategy with the client’s approval.

• Briefing the designers about the content calendar in order to finalize the visuals.

• Finalizing the content calendar on a Power Point presentation with the visuals done by the designers in order to share it with the client for approval.

• Monitoring the client’s accounts by checking for any unpleasant comments or reviews, and trying to solve the problem immediately with the assistance of the client.

• Uploading daily posts, special posts concerning events and live coverage posts on social media platforms based on the monthly calendar of each client.

• Engaging fans and followers in posts to make them more attached to the account.

• Handling over a monthly report to the client containing statistics regarding the account’s status with personalized interpretations and analysis.

• Monitoring and providing trainings and assistance to the Junior Community Managers team and delegating tasks and accounts to them.

• Constant research regarding new technologies in the field and attending online / offline trainings in order to develop more skills.

• Creating successful and efficient ads for clients while staying in the set budget.

• Staying up-to-date with the newest advertising tools and technics on Facebook and all other social media platforms.
