Marketing Manager – eCommerce - Beauty & Health | Beirut

Do you have a creative, experienced & positive ePersonality?

We’re looking for great lady to join our team, as our marketing manager.



Must:
• Be passionate about beauty, skin & natural health; pharma cosmetics & supplements.


• Have experience in eCommerce.



Your job will be mainly comprised of the following tasks:

1.

Creating, developing and elaborating all eCommerce strategic marketing plans and promotional campaigns to efficiently drive consumer acquisition and retention, from strategy and planning to execution.


2.

Keeping a promotion calendar, tracking all e-commerce marketing efforts, analyzing data, and using your findings to improve your strategies.


3.

Working with product management, customer service, graphics, growth marketing and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned account to be shared across eCommerce platforms.


4.

Monitoring the day-to-day activity on the site and its overall performance to achieve goals like improving user experience, increasing website traffic and sales, and developing brand loyalty.


5.

Developing, monitoring and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.


6.

Provide support in other areas of Media Marketing, PPC, Email Marketing, SEO, Keyword Research, Google Analytics, Website UX, and Paid Social Media.


7.

Responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales.


8.

Keeping an eye on all competitors and determining the best processes, strategies, and techniques for achieving your business.


9.

Coordinating and collaborating with suppliers on promotions and marketing campaigns.


10.

Analyzing the performance of each supplier and each category using web analytics to drive improvement in conversion and to increase global revenue.


11.

Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends.


12.

Having the ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.
