Description

Administrative Assistant | Beirut

Job Responsibilities:
-Handle phone calls and emails and redirect them accordingly
-Manage office stationary
-Maintain supplies inventory by continuously checking and updating stock
-Handle staff schedule and attendance
-Manage employees file records, leaves and follow up on employees inquiries
-Handle customers accounts; provide client support, schedule meetings, follow up on payments, etc.

-Receive customers payments and monitor invoices
-Maintain and keep confidential records

Job Specifications:
Bachelor degree in Business or equivalent
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
Fluency in English is preferred.

French is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
Good Communication skills
Good team player and able to work under stress

The job location is in Dekwaneh, therefore the priority is given to candidates from the close by area in order to avoid any transportation difficulties due to the current circumstances

Working schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am till 5pm and Saturday from 8am till 1pm
