A reputable company in Jal el Dib is looking for a PA (age between 28 - 40 years) to provide full administrative support to the President to ensure the smooth management of his day-to-day affairs.

The PA will be required to handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner and take initiative as appropriate.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the President including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings;
Plans, coordinates and ensures the President's schedule is followed and respected;
Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports, letters, etc.

Taking dictation and minutes and writing them up subsequently;
Organize and maintain the office filing system;
Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment;
Assist in screening calls, email, transmittals, and visitors;
Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts);
Prepare cost analysis;
Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders;
Monitor shipments, costs, timelines, and productivity;
Keep logs and records of warehouse stock, executed orders, etc.

Prepare accurate reports for the President;
Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by the President.

Run business errands such as bank deposits, etc.

Education and Experience Requirements

BA degree in Business Administration or any related field.

At least 5 years of proven working experience.

Computer literate particularly strong capabilities in MS office and surfing the Internet.

Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.

Good analytical skills.
