Chief Sales Officer - CSO | Beirut

BIMPOS is looking to recruit a CSO

Looking for a Chief Sales Officer with entrepreneurial spirit who can manage and grow a team of Sales Engineers and Product Consultants in the B2B IT Sales field

A- Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1- Establish sales and business distribution strategies with a focus on long term profitability
2- Collaborate with the marketing team on a successful marketing strategy that includes branding, social media and digital marketing
3- Hire, develop and lead a team of Business Development associates that will execute on the developed strategies and will consistently achieve/exceed their goals
4- Establish and monitor key metrics to ensure the successful achievement of critical production and profitability goals
5- Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with key agency personnel, driving mutually beneficial results
6- Identify and participate in key industry events to promote our brand and develop key relationships
7- Take innovative and entrepreneurial approach to identifying and developing new business opportunities, sales strategies, customer service and engagement strategies
8- Identify and track competitor offerings, emerging issues and market trends impacting profitability, appetite, underwriting guidelines and strategies
9- Conduct market needs analysis among potential new business sectors to identify strategies for long term growth development
10- Establish internal partnerships, serving as a liaison for sales and marketing related issues and opportunities
11- Conduct regular phone calls and visits with Key accounts, resellers, and franchisees

B- Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Marketing, Business Administration, or other relevant major
- 8+ years of experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments in business development, franchising, marketing
- Experience working effectively with independent agents, industry leaders, associates and senior leaders
- Strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and sound business judgment and be capable of effectively communicating with a diverse range of individuals and teams
- Strong aptitude for analyzing and translating data
- Superior strategic and execution skills along with strong coaching and mentoring abilities
- Successful experience in areas of strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research and planning in IT product lines
