Description
Marketing Coordinator | Beirut
Our client is a Retail and Electronic company in Lebanon.
This role is responsible for managing a range of Marketing Communication activities such as market research, branding, public relations, media relations, campaigns, and event management.
Also responsible for carrying out medium-sized projects and initiatives.
And identify opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships and maintain relationships with external agencies
· Participate in the development and implementation of Marketing Communication policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled
· Manage the day-to-day operations of Marketing Communications by facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high-performance standards
· Monitor campaign and agency performance and develop detailed reports to identify the effectiveness of the campaign and recommend performance optimization options
· Handle all research and assessment scope of work by analyzing sales vs.
campaign performance to identify the effectiveness of the campaign and recommend solutions if needed
· Monitor market analysis and develop advanced reports based on information collected through researching current market trends, direct competition, industry related products, and pricing for senior management revision
· Manage all social media, e-commerce, and marketing channels with advertising/marketing/public relations agencies to ensure the company’s brand image is cascaded according to the preset guidelines
· Manage marketing and corporate communication campaigns and events
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or equivalent
· 3 to 5 years of experience
· Advanced communication, presentation, and analytical skills
· Previous experience in market research, benchmarking, and Media Planning
· Working Days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 6:00 pm
· Reporting to the Marketing Director
