Payroll Specialist | Beirut
We are recruiting a Payroll Specialist to provide overall payroll administration ensuring timely submission and settlements.
Main duties:
-Monitor employees attendance and their update on the system , as well as leaves and working hours balance & issue required reports
-Record employees transactions on the payroll system (new joiners, leavers, bonuses,.

-Administer the monthly payroll generation & issue in a timely manner
-Prepare NSSF declarations & reports (monthly, quarterly & yearly)
-prepare Tax declaration & reports (quarterly & yearly)
-Follow up on proper implementation of Annual leaves and days off policies
-Handles employees files
-Respond to employees queries about compensation, taxes, leaves, deductions,.

-Perform other HR related tasks as required by the HR manager
Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position/field
-Knowledge in Lebanese Labor law and NSSF practices
-Advanced knowledge in MS Office (especially in Excel)
Competencies & Skills:
-Exceptional written and oral communication skills
-Good organizational and time management skills
-Honest and reliable
-Attentive to details
-Flexible and can adapt to a range of different tasks
-Highly organized and Able to work under pressure
