Central Kitchen Chef | Beirut

We are looking for a Chef to work under the direction of the Executive Chef and within the limits of the Policies and Procedures, established by our reputable company.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Delegates, directs & Controls the kitchen operation
2- Supervises all kitchen employees.

3- Assigns training topics to the staff
4- Assures the rotation of the staff
5- Controls purchases and store requisitions
6- Controls standard recipes and assure its implementation
7- Coordinates and collaborates on events and catering with the floor team.

8- Controls and implements, on an on-going basis, the following:
• Quality Levels of Production and Presentation.

• Cleaning, Sanitation, Hygiene.

• Utility Consumption Kitchen in general.

• Importation Food Items.

• Ensures Optimum Performance in all of the above areas.

9- Prepares the requisition of food items based on daily menus and forecast
10- Checks and receive the in-coming market list items and ensure their quality levels
11- Checks and monitors the all out-going food order from the kitchen and see whether they are properly presented as per the fig holding Standard.

Specific Competencies:
 5 years of experience
 TS degree in Hospitality / Kitchen management from a reputable university is a plus
 Able to work with flexible schedules
 Good command in English, Armenian is a plus.
