Quality Assurance Officer | Beirut

Role Purpose:
 To make sure that the work flow is as the written procedures and implement preventive actions.



Key Accountabilities


 Understand, create and correct general work procedures (SOP’s), and their related matrixes, ensure their proper execution and carry out investigations when necessary, and perform root cause analysis
 Maintain the quality system database for Quality documents( SOPs, Policies, Training Attendance Sheets, Change Controls forms, CAPAs… etc)
 Perform audits and periodic checks to ensure that the SOPs are followed
 Ensure that storage and distribution operations are done according to GDP / GSP guidelines
 Manage customer complaints and report to suppliers according to agreement
 Accompany and assist the suppliers’ auditors / quality staff in performing their audit and checks, and acts as the company’s primary point of liaison between FDC and its suppliers
 Writes corrective action reports for non adherence to SOPs, to communicate the exact procedure that was not followed
 Prepare monthly QA/Internal Audit reports and submit them to Direct Manager, recording audit findings and recommendations
 Be part of the FDC Quality Assurance Committee
 Undertake any other assignment as per his direct superior’s instructions.









Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Technology/ Management
Experience,

 2-3 years of work experience in Auditing or ISO Standardization.



Skills and Knowledge
 Computer literacy: MS Windows applications.

(Word processing, excel, spreadsheets).


 Knowledge of accounting principles.


 Knowledge of the Company’s accounting and reporting requirements, policies and procedures.


 Cost Reduction Oriented
