Sales Representative | Beirut

Job Purpose Summary

Reporting to the Team Leader-Pharmacies Team, the Sales Representative-Pharmacies Team, is responsible to promote and achieve the target sales of the portfolio of products offered to Pharmacies according to a creative and well developed strategy and ensure timely collection.

Duties and Responsibilities

 PRODUCTS:
To contribute and implement the sales & marketing strategies (product knowledge, activities, promotion, Point of sales (POS), special offers, discounts …), for the portfolio of products offered for sale at Pharmacies, under the supervision of the team leader, in coordination with the Market support representative (s) to reach set targets by product, region and territory, as per Target Allocation Sheet (ref: F-048-16-01)

 CUSTOMERS:
• To visit customers based on a preset routing plan approved by the team leader.


• To present and promote the portfolio’s products.


• To develop sales agreements with each customer (activities, agreements) aiming at increasing sales volume and customer loyalty.


• To coordinate with Market Support representative(s) for activities in order to reach set targets for pharmacist participation in activities (conferences, window displays…)
• To handle customers’ requests concerning the returns, accounts, collection, ceiling……
• To control customers’ stock level (minimum vs.

maximum), product’s availability, expiry dates, visibility and shelving.



 STRUCTURE AND SEQUENCE OF CALLS:
• To visit 15 to 18 pharmacies per day, To allocate an average of 20 minutes for each visit taking into consideration the preset rate of visits according to region and pharmacy category (Ref : SOP-010-16-03)
• To prepare visits by reading reports, checking financial status, and to plan the sequence of promotion based on the monthly cycle and costumer’s profile.



 RECEIVABLES: To ensure timely collection of receivables according to company’s policy (ref: SOP-044-17-01)

 MARKET INFORMATION: To collect market information and communicate it to team leader and Market support representative according to company reporting system and tools, to be integrated in the Monthly Sales Report.



 REPORTING: To keep track of all customers minutes of meetings/agreements and communicate them on daily basis to the team leader as per agreed formats
To timely send the planned and achieved monthly routing.

 COMMUNICATION: To maintain close communication with sales team members, medical representatives, telesales, market support representatives, aligned with their line of responsibility, requesting approval and directions whenever necessary from the Team leader and the sales management.
