Account Manager - Lebanon | Beirut

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Responsible for all sales activities in assigned accounts or regions.

Managing quality and consistency of product and service delivery.


 Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.



OPERATIONAL
 Develops an annual business plan in conjunction with the Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, and focuses on meeting or exceeding sales quota.


 Plans and prioritizes personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.


 Plans and manages personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy.


 Manages product/service mix, pricing, and margins according to agreed aims.


 Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, in addition to relevant internal liaison, to optimize the quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.


 Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations, sales contracts for current and prospective customers, in coordination with the pre-sales team.


 Uses customer and prospects contact activities tools and systems, and updates relevant information held in these systems.


 Plans/carries out/supports local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrates personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.

product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions, and telemarketing.


 Responds to and follows up on sales inquiries using appropriate methods.


 Monitors and reports on market and competitor activities, and provides relevant reports and information.


 Records, analyzes, reports and administers according to systems and requirements.


 Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service groups, to accomplish the work required to close sales, and to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.


 Attends and presents at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid in business development.


 Attends training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.



EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND
 University degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering.


 Trilingual: French, English, Arabic

OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS
 0 to 5 years of sales experience in the IT Filed
 Enthusiastic, motivated, organized
 Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations.


 Extensive experience in all aspects of negotiation, customer-focused
 Has a strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
 Willingness to travel and work in a global team of professionals
 Proven ability to achieve sales quotas
