FOOD SAFETY Team Leader | Beirut

To manage the food safety and HACCP team and organize its work.


To ensure relevant training and education to the food safety and HACCP team.


To ensure that the food safety system is established, implemented, maintained and updated.


To report to the top management the effectiveness and suitability of the food safety management system.


Maintain HACCP principles.


Conducting internal audits.


Follow up of non-conforming products and complains.


Follow up corrective actions and preventive actions follow up on employees’ personal hygiene.


Conduct training for current staff and new joiners.


Check employees’ competencies.


Ensure control of documents and record.


Follow up on legal related issues.
