-Having the complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
-Identifying advantages and comparing organization’s products
-Analyzing the territory/market’s potential and determining the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization
-Developing annual business plans in conjunction with the Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, as well as focusing on meeting or exceeding sales quota
-Presenting and selling company products to current and potential clients
-Preparing action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made
-Following up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
-Identifying sales prospects and contacting these and other accounts as assigned
-Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone, direct mail, email, and networking
-Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations, and sales contracts for current and prospective customers
-Coordinating sales efforts with the Marketing, Sales, Management, Accounting, and Logistics Departments; to accomplish the work required to close sales.

-Developing and maintaining sales materials and current product knowledge, by attending trainings, seminars, and accomplishing required certifications
-Establishing and maintaining current and potential client relationships
-Identifying and resolving client concerns and complaints
-Developing and implementing special sales activities to reduce stock
-Adhering to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes, as well as ensuring that they are communicated and implemented within the team
