If you have a very talkative mind and seducing style of communication enough for you to handle selling and buying properties, you fit this vacancy. More required skills:
• Knowledge of the field of real estate and properties in the north
• Related background to promoting and selling properties
• Keeping track with costumers as well as with the co-workers
• The ability to work as a cooperative team with all the members of the company (receptionist, manager, head of sales and social media manager)
• Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
