Description :
• Monitor all duty schedules in the Kitchen operation and check about the employees’ grooming to meet the required standards.
• Responsible for the timely Kitchen preparations for all meal services in the restaurant in line with the stipulated opening hours.
• Frequently tour through the Kitchen, Stores and other food production facilities ensuring the highest possible hygiene and maintenance standards.
• Ensure all food sections, equipment, utensils, etc. are clean and cleaning schedule is respected and all areas are pests free.
• Ensure food safety requirements are implemented and are followed in term of receiving food, storage, food handling, allergen management, etc.
