Agencies, dealers and businesses with the ✓ Verified badge have been reviewed and approved by the Vivadoo team. Look for the badge on listings and seller profiles.
Ads are moderated
Ads posted on the website and the apps are checked by our moderation team before they go live. Ads that break our rules are removed.
Talk without sharing your number
Signed-in buyers can message a seller through Vivadoo chat, without giving out their phone number.
Report in one tap
See something wrong? Tap “Report this listing” on the ad. Reports go straight to our moderation team.
Fair prices, in plain sight
On many listings we show the typical price range for similar ads, so you can tell when a deal looks too good to be true.
We never ask for a deposit
Vivadoo never collects payment for a seller and never asks you for a deposit or a wire transfer. You deal directly with the seller.

Given to agencies, dealers and businesses that the Vivadoo team has reviewed and approved.
The badge tells you the business was reviewed by us. It doesn't replace your own checks, so always inspect before you pay.

When you buy
Meet in a public place. Busy spots in daylight are best.
See it before you pay. Inspect the item, test the car, visit the property.
Never send a deposit to someone you haven't met. Vivadoo will never ask you for a deposit or wire transfer.
Check papers. For cars: registration and a mechanic's check. For property: title deed and the ID of the owner or agent.
Keep the conversation on Vivadoo so there's a record if something goes wrong.
When you sell
Don't share codes. Never give anyone a verification code sent to your phone.
Be careful with “overpayments”. Be wary of buyers who offer more than your price or want to pay in unusual ways.
Go with someone. Bring someone along for meetings, or meet somewhere public.
Hand over only after payment. Hand over the item once you've received the full payment.
Write honest descriptions and use real photos. Clear, honest ads get better buyers.

Does Vivadoo handle payments between buyers and sellers?
No. Deals and payments happen directly between buyer and seller. That's why we recommend meeting in person and never paying in advance.
How do I know a seller is real?
Look for the ✓ Verified badge, check the seller's profile and other listings, and ask questions before you meet.
Someone asked me for a deposit before I saw the item. What should I do?
Don't pay. Report the listing. Genuine sellers let you see the item first.
Can I contact a seller without giving my number?

I think an ad is a scam. How do I report it?
