Customer Support Representative | Beirut

The Customer Service Representative (CSR )is the “face” of the company to the customers.

The CRS is responsible for providing effective customer service for all customers by using knowledge of company products & services and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate new account relationships, explain and process financial services, and maintain a professional demeanor while performing all duties.

Interact with customers to provide information in response to questions, and solve problems and manage conflicts regarding concerns and complaints by phone and Internet.

Duties and Responsibilties
- Handles account opening.

- AML & KYC checks on clients applications and documents.

- Process all transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, Interaccounts and all account related transactions in accordance to company's policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

- makes outbound calls to retain clients.

- Partnership with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations.

- Provide timely feedback to company management regarding challenges or customer concerns.

- Listen, document, and help resolve conflicts with customers.

- Document the patterns and queries that may indicate a larger problem with the product or service that needs to be resolved
- Prepare daily, monthly and yearly volume/rebate reports to management.

- Generate monthly operational report to the management.

(Percentage of converted lead,
rejected accounts, total deposits, Volume per product.


- Prepare daily & monthly reconciliation reports regarding clients’ financial activities.

(banks vs clients accounts)
- Check on monthly basis the server settings (concerning all rebates & commissions)
and houses settings.

- Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening and Multi-tasking
- Good customer service skills that includes verbal and communication skills
Good at building relationships, collaboration and team work
Good problem solving skills
- Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure and to respond appropriately to difficult customer situations
-The ability to prioritize and make on-the-spot decisions regarding customer transactions.

- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for each entity
- Financial Analyst skills to do reports and to do the follow up on Audits/ Clients claims.

- High degree of accuracy
- Ability to deal sensitively with highly confidential information
- Fluent in English and Arabic with good written and verbal communication skills and strong computer skills
