Procurement /Admin Assistant | Beirut

Admin:
- Answering emails
- Maintaining appropriate filing systems
- Preparing reports
- Provide information by answering questions and requests
- Taking notes and minutes in meetings
- Ordering and taking stock of supplies
- Preparing documents for meetings and business trips
Procurement:
- Act as a focal point of communication between the company and the factory, answering emails, follow up….


- Maintain appropriated records to ensure appropriate procurement process
-Coordinate with requests and make sure the right materials needed.


Qualifications:
-Good communication skills
-Good writing skills
-Strong IT fluency (internet, social media)
-Excellent time management and organisation
