Office Manager | Beirut

Office Manager Role:


Responsibilities:
• Overseeing general office operation and procurement
• Greeting visitors, answering incoming phone calls and delivering great service to our customers
• Coordinating domestic and international travel, including flight, hotel, and car rental reservations
• Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels
• Producing reports and composing correspondence
• Handling social media and communications while creating and maintaining a sustainable and effective stream of communication with online audiences about events, features, tags, etc.


• Managing the staff leave days and doing other projects and duties as assigned
• Ensuring office tidiness and managing the part-time cleaners

Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• 3 - 5 years of experience in office administration
• Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.

French is a plus.


• Experienced in data entry using Microsoft Office, both in English and Arabic
• Proactive and self-motivated
• Negotiator and always seeking the best deals
• Good communication & social skills
• Good time-management
• Works well under pressure


Interviewing Process:
• First Interview: over the phone (~15 Mins)
• Second Interview: in person (~30 Mins)
• Third Interview: in person (~30 Mins)
