Coordinate executive communications and respond to emails.

 Answer, direct telephone calls and take messages.

 Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners.

 Schedule meetings and appointments.

 Generate memos, emails and reports when needed.

 Provide photocopies and scans when needed.

 Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents.

 Handle sensitive information and material with a strict level of confidentiality.

 Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.

 Greet and assist the upper management’s visitors.

 Manage the GM’s calendar and contacts (CRM and Outlook).

 Organize and schedule appointments if needed Provide stationery and keep control of the stationery stock in coordination with accounting.

 Write and distribute email, correspondence memos and letters if needed.

 Order office supplies and office items and research new deals and suppliers (in coordination with the accounting department).

 Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

 Printer(s) management: regular check of printers and cartridges change when out of ink.

 Keeps control of the common areas in the office including the conference room.
