Executive Chef for a hotel in Beirut | Beirut

 Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities.


 Plan, create and modify menus.


 Ensure that high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety are maintained at all times.


 Ensure that food requirements are economically and technically correct within the budgeted labor cost.


 Issue the requisition and purchase of products and food supplies.


 Set staff work schedules according to the operation’s needs.


 Supervise and follow up on the kitchen staff activities.


 Oversee staff training.


 Recruit and manage the kitchen staff.


 Resolve any rising problems or complaints.


 Add your final touch to prepared platters.


 Develop standard recipes and techniques for food preparation and presentation.


 Coordinate with the Food & Beverage Manager about the food production aspects of special events and banquets.


 Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing department in relation to banquet and related events.
