Operation Manager | Beirut

• Supervise the management of Company on a daily basis, Manage the overall business performance
• Elaborate and implement with the Business Consultant on operational strategies, for the development and growth of the company
• Ensure that proper control measures are in place at all levels of the operation and in all departments
• Supervise and control production operation in his territory according to set standards and within agreed budgetary limits
• Review sales report and Company’s financial statements in coordination of the business consultant and make sure they meet company set budgets and goals
• Make sure to apply Standard Operating processes and procedures
• Assist in the process of hiring key people with human resources department
• Train, develop and motivate staff to achieve targets
• Assist in the process of evaluations and appraisal performances on a timely manner
• Identify training needs and submit training plan to the HR Department
• Initiate disciplinary measures and recommend employee termination when necessary
• Maintain, develop and improve the Company’s standards in terms of customer service, quality of products and atmosphere
• Provide effective leadership through consistent management and encouragement of colleagues by providing regular feedback
• Prepare in coordination with the Business Consultant and CEO a budget and emphasize on sales and profit targets
• Responsible for ensuring cost control in terms of products cost, manpower cost and other operational cost
• Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals.

Formulate and implement departmental and organizational policies and procedures in coordination with the HR
• Liaise with top management and assist in the development
• Make sure that operation run satisfactory and always provide Business Consultant with feedback and reinforce them to solve urgent occurrence
• Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of communication between the Operations department and other support functions such as HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing, etc.

• Ensure that employees are well supervised, oriented and motivated in order to achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility, and cleanliness
• Initiate disciplinary measures
• Monitor employee’s adherence to organizational rules, regulations and procedures
• Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity
• Ensure that customer complaints or problems are handled without delay and that effective follow-up action takes place to avoid a recurrence
• Maintain a close relation and effective communication with customers at all times through a planned program of formal meetings and entertainment
