Demand Generation Manager

Location: Lebanon, beirut

SwanPro is a SaaS company that provides a highly configurable enterprise Insurance Management System (IMS) software suite to enable organizations to achieve compliance, improved operations, and digital transformation.



SwanPro is looking for Demand Generation Manager superstar! If you’re very analytical, data-driven, and aggressive, and you have direct experience accelerating growth for a startup, then we want you.

This person should be a master of HubSpot, Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook Ads, Capterra, Software Advice and much more for inbound marketing, and experience with building an outbound marketing program using Account Based Marketing (ABM).

The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing demand generation for a high growth SaaS enterprise software company, thrives on metrics-based goals and possess a hunger and drive to exceed goals.



Role and Responsibilities:
Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional lead generation results by designing, executing, and iterating on B2B marketing campaigns through multiple channels, including inbound and outbound demand generation.

You’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth for the company by increasing our Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) based on our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Execute and manage programs that generate qualified leads to our pipeline that fuel sales and accelerate revenue growth.

Required Skills/Experience:

B2B Demand Generation
Deep experience with B2B referral sites, such as Capterra, Software Advice, Get App, Serchen and others, and continuously track, test, and optimize performance.


Built an Account Based Marketing (ABM) program using market segmentation for outbound marketing.


Know our customer journey inside and out and create campaigns to help move prospects through each stage.


Design, launch, test and optimize emails campaigns, both to new prospects and old leads and customers.


Partner with sales and marketing teams to plan, create, launch and manage acquisition and lead nurture campaigns.


Work with corporate marketing to develop content strategy that leverages our buyer’s journey to pique the interest of our prospects, positions SwanPro as a thought leader, and eventually worth buying from.


Help with website content, blogs, and SEO performance.


Develop new ideas for lead acquisition channels, and be ready to launch test campaigns.


Executive lead nurturing strategy, execution and marketing technology.


Paid Media
Experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital ads, and with A/B testing, optimizing landing pages, and constantly seeking to improve results.


Manage all paid media channels including paid search, retargeting, social.


Create and manage media buys mostly across digital for placements in key targeted media.


Reporting, Analytics and Metrics
Deep knowledge of marketing automation software (HubSpot Marketing and HubSpot Sales expertise highly preferred).

Experience with lead scoring is a plus.


Provide insights into performance and opportunities related to marketing and sales initiatives.


Create reports, dashboards and target metrics for programs to inform marketing investments and optimizations.



Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or comparable education (MBA a plus).


Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B demand generation, with both inbound and outbound marketing.


Experience with B2B software buying process and how to identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution and opportunity acceleration.


Proven ability to build and drive outbound marketing strategies, new marketing programs, and ability to significantly enhance demand generation.


Intellectual curiosity and not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results.


Great team player who takes leadership in driving initiatives, working across departments, and an ability to work independently.


Strong written and oral communications.
