Online Store Coordinator | Beirut

POSITION SUMMARY

To run an online shop by carrying out online marketing plans and daily operation to boost site traffic and generate sales.

The online store coordinator should work closely with members of the marketing team & retail/sales team to implement online marketing strategies in order to achieve the yearly/monthly qualitative & quantitative objectives.



PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations
 Manage all store operational issues, including online store housekeeping, administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.


 Make sure that all the items being sold are up-to-date, have the correct sizes, prices and the like.


 He/she is also responsible for listing the store policies as well as writing item descriptions and taking and uploading product pictures.


 Be an ambassador for the consumer inside out in order to best serve their needs.


 Ensure all orders are properly documented and released for pick-up.



Online Store Management:
 Data entry of items (description, photos, stock, prices, sizes, etc.

), stock & inventory updates.


 Handling orders, returns, and payments follow ups.


 Handling customer after-sales service.


 Ensure no technical errors and follow up for fixing errors

Merchandising and Inventory:
 Propose collection and exclusive items and place orders for the online store.


 Be accountable for the sales of its inventory and check-up on inventory physical situation.


 Place re-orders internally and externally via the Sales Manager.



Strategy
 Create a monthly content plan aligned with the monthly sales objectives, brand briefs, marketing objectives, etc.


 Coordinate and manage an online 360 product launch campaign.


 Brainstorm and propose promotions to enhance online sales in coordination with the Marketing Team
 Getting approvals when needed (directly or from management).



Marketing
 Leverage the brand online tools in order to communicate effectively & creatively with the customers using the online platforms, email shots, SMS, website, SEO, display etc.


 Ensure an esthetic and updated Instagram/Facebook/online website page & digital layout communication.


 Drive traffic to the site by using social media, search engines, etc.

like Instagram, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.


 Create creative & qualitative offline collaborations with the marketing team and reflect all the activations online.



Sales
 Process daily orders and responsible for the sales and profits of the e-store.


 Manage store revenue, including cash handling and execute and monitor loss prevention and shrink programs.


 Ensure a smooth customer journey by managing speed of service results, controls inventory that is used for service orders, and is responsible for the overall organization and appearance of the service.


 Keep a database of the inventory, makes a schedule for the cut-off of the order filling and payment for the day to ensure the buyer receives the packages in a timely manner.


 Championing marketing needs with management, sales & operations

Analysis
 Measure and report performance of all online sales and marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).


 Conduct quarterly market research & online analysis to fully understand the targeted audience and thus adapt the online strategy to enhance sales, customer journey, bounce rate, conversion rate, average ticket, etc.


 Following up on reports & performance and propose in coordination with the Marketing Team a trade calendar.


 Provide executional reporting, learning & best practices.





CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
 Excellent command of English
 Onsite & offsite SEO, Google ads skills, Social Media ads skills, etc.


 Must be results-oriented with a good eye for details.


 Proactive attitude

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in sales & marketing or business management.


Related Work Experience
Experience of minimum 2 years online & knowledge in Google ads, social media etc.


Language Skills
Strong command of English – French - Arabic languages
