Description

Office Coordinator | Beirut

• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office.


• Carrying out secretarial duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.


• Maintaining general office files, including job files, and other files related to the company’s operations.


• Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary.


• Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and company’s cars.


• Renewing company’s cars insurance and coordination with the insurance company when needed.


• Renewing the company’s cars mechanics papers
• Supervising the company’s drivers and scheduling responsibilities to ensure performance
• Following NSSF national social security fund file periodically
• Manage employment residence and labor permit.


• Maintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of warehouse.


• Performing other relevant duties when needed.



Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field.


• Minimum 2 years experience in office administration.


• Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) – ERP is plus.


• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.


• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
