The Medical Claims Coordinator provides a comprehensive and efficient support to the Medical Claims Manager in day to day operational activities related to the department; this role works as part of a team and should be able to multi-task while ensuring the confidentiality of all matters dealt with.



-Generate periodic and ad hoc Operations Reports from the system
-Identify and report problems in operations process and coordinate with the concerned parties for quick and timely resolution
-Maintain clear and accurate operations documents and procedures for reference purposes; responsible for filing of hard and soft copies
-Prepare and / or edit presentations and minutes of meeting
-Work closely with Direct Manager to measure and maintain KPIs
